Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are committed to making the return process as simple as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package the Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that horse rugs and apparel are free from hair and dirt.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
